About me
Samantha Ashleigh is a 500-hour RYT, inversion junkie, and retreat leader known for her dynamic, heart-opening approach to yoga. With a background in dance and movement spanning over three decades, she brings a unique blend of strength, grace, and fluidity to her classes. One of her greatest passions is teaching backbending postures, helping students safely build spinal flexibility, openness, and confidence in their practice.
Samantha discovered yoga in 2017 and quickly fell in love with its ability to heal the body, mind, and spirit. She has since completed certifications in Vinyasa, Yin, Sober Curious Yoga, Barre, and Sound Healing, deepening her understanding of movement, breath, and energetic alignment. In addition to teaching at studios and leading international retreats, Samantha shares her love for yoga through workshops designed to help students unlock their potential and explore their practice with joy and playfulness.
