A music industry vet for the past 18 years, Mike shares his love of Hip Hop, R&B and yoga through R&YM. These themed classes are unique yoga experiences full of dynamic movement, great playlists and guaranteed to make you sweat. Mike and the R&YM Team have curated events across the country in places like Los Angeles, Miami, Atlanta and Puerto Rico.
