With 13 years of experience as a dedicated yoga instructor, Lucy is a highly skilled and knowledgeable Yoga Alliance-certified teacher who began her teaching journey at the age of 17. Her expertise spans a variety of yoga disciplines, including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Yoga for PTSD, and Prenatal Yoga, allowing her to effectively guide students across different levels and needs.
